俄罗斯、乌克兰的货物品名每票不能超过四个，而且装箱清单和货物实际装箱必须一致，每个品名货物需尽量分别装在一个纸箱子里面，清晰整齐。
I.非洲、南美、南亚等部分国家,DHL须先跟收件人获取准许证后，再中转货物，请敦促收件人尽快提供给DHL，以免延误中转。
货物预先库存在我司仓库，等DHL获取收件人准许证后过港，或代理如需先过港入DHL仓，则请提供保函，确保收件人不提供运输准许证后，
因此产生的在香港退仓，退件的杂费（而且只退我司香港仓库，不负责进口回大陆）。
J.可收木箱，及超长超重货物，加收超长超重费200RMB*燃油，材积5000计算。拒收单件超250KG，或单边长超2.8米的货物。
K.渠道时效：当天截单前交的货，要明天下午才能入到DHL仓，DHL网站会有提取信息。DHL提取货件后，会安排操作，一般2天后离港中转，
但一切以DHL实际操作为准。如清关资料如完备或收件人在当地海关有备案记录正常情况下，美国，西欧主要城市时效在4-6天，东南亚主要城市3-4天，
中东主要城市5-6天，非洲，东欧地区7-10日DHL可完成清关派送， 如因清关资料不完备而引起清关延误，则另算。但一切以DHL实际操作为准，
我司概不对因各种原因引起的延误问题承担任何责任及承担任何赔偿。
L.请提前提供详细正确的收件人地址，电话等联系方式。确认无误后，货物交仓后，款项到账后，打单员统一下午17：00分出转单号，可上传网记录。
截单时间：周一至周五 截单时间：下午12：00；周六截单时间：上午10：30；当天下午18：00前出转单号，注意：周六交收的货物，不保证当天能出转单号！
周五交收的货件，因晚班港车的原因，周六才能交DHL提取，下周一DHL才能操作，周六、周日交的货物，统一周天装车下港，当天无法出转单号，周一提取操作。
如截单前无法提供文件的，货件会安排下个工作日操作。
