_Air Transportation Export Operating Procedure
1. Letter of Attorney
The shipper fills in the shipping documents by himself. The consignment document shall include the following contents: shipper, consignee, departure airport, destination airport, required route/application booking, declared value for transport, declared value for customs, insurance amount, handling items, documents attached to the bill of lading, actual gross weight, freight category, billing weight, quality of goods. Name and quantity, shipper's signature, date, etc.
2. Auditing Documents
Documents should include: invoice, packing list, consignment letter, submission form, foreign exchange cancellation form, license, commodity inspection certificate, input/incoming processing verification book, claim/repair agreement, payment guarantee letter, closure.
3. Booking
Upon receipt of the shipper's delivery forecast, the airline's tonnage control department shall collect and fill in the order form and provide corresponding information; the name, volume, weight, number of pieces, destination of the cargo; and the time required for shipment, etc. The Airlines arrange their cabins and flights according to the actual situation. The freight forwarder may choose the best route and carrier according to the requirements of the shipper, and at the same time strive for the lowest and most reasonable freight rate for the shipper.
4. Receiving goods
Shipper Delivery: The freight forwarder should fax the warehousing plan to the shipper, indicating the contact person, telephone, delivery address, time, etc. In order to get the goods into warehouse in time and accurately.
Freight forwarder's door-to-door pick-up: The shipper should provide the freight forwarder with specific receiving address, contact person, telephone, time and other relevant information to ensure that the goods are put into warehouse in time.
5. Export Customs Declaration
When the declaration documents are complete, the consignor is declared to the Customs by the freight forwarder on behalf of the consignor; after the Customs examination is correct, the Customs officer affixes a release stamp on the original of the shipping documents used for shipment.
6. Cost Settlement
The consignor and freight forwarder shall settle the related transportation and miscellaneous expenses before the take-off of the aircraft.
Attentions for Air Transportation Export
1. Because the customs investigation department has doubts about a ticket cargo, the cargo can not be transported; because of climate reasons, the aircraft needs to temporarily increase the fuel load, resulting in the aircraft take-off and landing weight overload, leading to the pull down of cargo and control the load.
2. The outer packing of goods shall conform to international transport standards, and the goods shall not be exposed.
3. Super large and overweight (gross weight (> 60 kgs) should inform the freight forwarder in advance and help to make pallets for the use of forklift trucks.
